CNC MILLING
We can offer to our costumers a full service of scanning, processing and milling of any design
element in natural stone.
With our designer and other stone industries, we can make pieces in series or prototypes.
We have advanced 3D scanners for reverse engenieering and production of architectural or artistic element.
The milling dimensions of our 5-axis centers are 3500x2200x1000mm.
ANTHROPOMORPHIC ROBOT MILLING
We carry out milling work with KUKA robots on marble for sculptures, starting from a 3D file or a physical sketch. We perform scans with structured light 3d scanners.
The maximum working dimensions are 2000x2000x3000 30 tons of weight.
BURSTING LIGHTWEIGHT SLABS
We can do “bursting” of marble/glass, marble/honeycomb and marble/wood of sandwich slabs until a minimum thickness of 3mm for the production of lightweight and translucent panels for boating, furnishing and design.
Maximum working dimensions are 2600x1700mm.
CNC SHAPING DIMOND WIRE
With the cnc shaping wire, it is possible to create element in marble, stone and granite with sinous
shapes.
A process that allows large quantities of material to be removed in a short time, very important
service for the sculpture or production of design elements.
CUT WATER JET
The versatility of the cnc waterjet cut allows to make a very small and precise cuts.
That are impossible to make with classic disc cutters.
With this technology we realize inlaid floors, design elements and prototypes.
SURVEY WITH LASER INSTRUMENT
The precision of the survey is fundamental.
With laser instrument, we can measure the exact dimensions and shapes of each element and we offer the customer a CAD file ready to use. We make available to professional studios with the express “rental with operator” for the survey of building plans.
RAPID
PROTOTYPING
We can prototype in short time any design element, even of small dimensions, with high precision.
